Government Liaison Officer
A Government Liaison Officer (MLO) acts as a crucial communication bridge between military units and other groups (civilian agencies, governments, allies) to ensure smooth coordination, share intel, resolve conflicts, and manage joint operations or disaster responses, focusing on building relationships, understanding different objectives, and directing information flow for unified action and mutual support.
A Liaison Officer (LO) acts as a vital communication bridge, facilitating information flow, coordinating activities, and building relationships between different agencies, departments, or stakeholders, ensuring mutual understanding and effective collaboration, especially during incidents or projects, by managing expectations, resolving conflicts, and providing crucial updates and reports. Their duties include being the main contact point, sharing data, coordinating resources, documenting communications, and representing their organization
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
· Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for representatives from other groups.
· Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with internal and external parties.
· Information Management: Ensure accurate, timely sharing of information, updates, and feedback, often collecting and analyzing data.
· Coordination & Collaboration: Foster teamwork, coordinate activities, and bridge gaps between different entities for seamless project or response execution.
· Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues, conflicts, or challenges that arise between groups.
· Representation: Act as a positive representative for their organization, conveying its needs and goals.
· Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of communications, actions, and outcomes, reporting to leadership.
· Resource Coordination: Help identify and request necessary resources through established networks.

Logistics Management Specialist
A Logistics Management Specialist plans, coordinates, and optimizes the flow of goods, resources, and information within an organization’s supply chain, ensuring efficient, cost-effective movement from suppliers to customers, involving tasks like inventory control, transportation management, data analysis, budget oversight, and strategic planning for readiness and performance. They act as integrators, connecting various logistical functions to meet operational goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
· Planning & Strategy: Develops logistics plans, integrates support activities, and anticipates future needs (e.g., obsolescence, support).
· Coordination: Manages shipments, warehousing, distribution, and collaborates with vendors and internal teams.
· Inventory Management: Oversees stock levels, ensures materials are available, and manages the product lifecycle.
· Data Analysis: Analyzes data to forecast demand, improve processes, and identify problems.
· Budgeting: Maintains and manages budgets for logistical operations.
· Team Leadership: May hire, train, and oversee logistics staff, especially in senior roles.
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of supply chain systems, software, and industry procedures.
· Ability to work in fast-paced, challenging environments.
· Often requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Industrial Equipment Mechanic
We have an excellent, full-time opportunity for an Industrial Equipment Mechanic to disassemble and inspect a wide variety of industrial pumps and turbines both in-house and on-site.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly organized and plan effectively, be self-motivated, and able to work under pressure as part of a team or independently. The candidate shall have the ability to interpret and follow written and verbal instructions and be able to verify the quality of work to job specific tolerances. At least two years working experience or other practical knowledge is required.
